she interviewed her personally leh... still chit chat and all... but maybe in work realised she really too lor soh...

eg. ask her to do something, lady boss only want to know tat it's done... but PA will list out step A - Z tat she took to complete it...

i just had a chat with my mother, she says dictation is easy

she was saying she can catch 80% of what is being read in the news, which is about 120 or 160 words per minute

but she can't do verbatim like the aunties in court who need to register 225 words per minute on a stenotype typewriter
